Training special education teachers with special education (Teacher Education) qualifications, who have good political, moral and health qualities, understanding and applying the basic knowledge of Special Education. After graduation, graduates are able to educate children and care-oriented students and educate children with disabilities at specialized educational institutions and inclusive educational institutions of pre-school level, primary schools, some equivalent educational institutions, and so on. In addition, they are able to adapt to innovations in modernizing education and international integration; being able to solve practical problems and constantly improve professional capacity in special education. Graduates can continue to study higher level in primary education domestically and overseas.
